EOTI – European Organization of Translators and Interpreters is a publishing house founded on March 2013 in Italy (Sutri) by Alessandro Michelucci in order to create a new collection of translations able to encompass books of every field of study translated from/to another foreign language.

Main goal of the EOTI, whose current legal office is in Berlin, is to receive approval by all EU member states and Universities to create a new register of translators and interpreters at EU level. Such recognition is aimed to create a synergy between EUA – European University Association and CIUTI – Conférence Internationale Permanente d’Instituts Universitaires de Traducteurs et d’Interprètes and as a result a cooperation among different publishing houses involved in the fostering of the EOTI collections.

Creating a collection of translations and allowing in such way the comprehension of texts written in a foreign language it means to build a bridge between different cultures and to promote scientific research; two aspects that cannot be ignored, if we aim to develop new resources and we are going to maintain a “Union” based on respect for people.
